California State University - Stanislaus might be modest when compared to other California State University branches but is fairly notable as the other top universities. Educational superiority is the above all, their target. In fact, it is quite noticeable the moment you've step foot in it.
Despite the fact that it is quite smaller, they offer over a thousand classes to suit your interest. You love Shakespeare? Choose Art History. Trying to study about mechanics of business as well as learn how to speaking Spanish simultaneously? Consider Spanish in the College of Business Administration. Want to be a Nurse? The Nursing program is quite decent. Additionally, there are numerous classes for post-Graduate students. If truth be told, the majority of my classmates went back to here to further their knowledge.
It also offers some of the most unique and truthfully, the most practical student services I have ever hear of. They have certificate programs, a ton of workshops and most importantly, online classes for those who are too far away. They also give us the opportunity to learn about different places and cultures by sending us to different countries. But if you are able to go there physically, they have housing facilities within the university, which are gated, so no need to worry about night crawlers.
Some may say that CSU-S is in the middle of nowhere but I disagree. It doesn't have that bustling, loud atmosphere that other CSU branches have but it didn't really change anything for me. The social life of the campus itself is very diverse and active; I've hardly any time to complain. Activities, drives, functions, parties and shows are sponsored by the university clubs al throughout the week. Even if you are not the social type, you will eventually get drawn in and take part in the events. Go to the Quad and you might even win free stuff. Want some more? How about the gym, the dining halls and the game room? The campus life is more than capable of giving you a good time.
You can even adventure outside campus where you may try a number of different dishes in the restaurants there. There's also a tanning and pet salon in the area. You can have a picnic beside the many lakes you could find there or use up your monthly allowance at the nearby JCPenney. In the evening, there are many pubs and clubs that you can stop by for a good time. You have to be equipped with your very best friends. You'll certainly have a fun time!
