California State University San Bernardino Is The College You Need To Attend

By Philip James

Any time one of your institutions shows up in The Princeton College review, then it's certainly worthy of checking out at. California State University - San Bernardino is probably the best among all schools that you could come across in the west coast. It has never been excluded out from the top 100 outstanding educational institutions in the United States primarily due to the way they are extremely committed to their students.

We have mostly the California State system to thank for this. This university employs a no-nonsense approach to learning. You don't get overburdened with theories, with the history and just plain old boring lectures. It doesn't entice you with flashy school pride nor overly-hype achievements. Don't get me wrong, CSUSB definitely has cabinets full of plaques and trophies old and new but they are very refined. They don't entice students to come here because of a very good football team or that famous actors attend your graduation. No, they don't need to do that. They already have a stellar curriculum to do that job.

For a university that holds a high degree of excellence, it is very surprising to say that it is not that pricey. It's not that all expensive to live there also. If you want to stay inside campus, their housing facilities are very clean and new and the food there is even reasonable. Several food trucks roll right along every lunch hour so you can actually have different types of food every day. You can even avail of their financial aid programs wherein almost 80% of the student population is benefitting from.

Whether through the state financing program or perhaps from community engagement, you would never need to fret about your bills! The teachers that they have are also on par with the instructors that you could find from other notable educational institutions. I experienced a great time here primarily due to them. They structured their lessons to be active and fun, it was in no way monotonous. All of us had been subjected to several different types of environment and predicaments to help prep us with our field. The classes tend to be reasonably modest therefore the professors are nurturing and open for discourse inside and out of class. Any questions you have got, they are going to certainly pay attention to you.

Beyond the classes and workshops, the university offers a lot of fun for the students. They invite comedians like Aziz Ansari and other musicians to do shows there, which we all get discounted tickets. Clubs and organizations also give us the opportunity to tap into our other hobbies and past times. The LGBT center has their drag queen event that happens every year. I admit, I had a lot of fun while I was there.
